Uh, either Johnson Controls or a Johnson Controls distributor. Go to http://www.johnsoncontrols.com or look up a branch office phone number in your area or look for a distibutor on the internet.

thanks. i have contacted them but seem to be getting the runaround. they have pointed me to a local reseller but they only sell parts. then i get redirected back to johnson. is the product now called mtools? a product under the metasys name?

does anyone know any resellers for mtools or hvacpro? also any ballpark of how much this is going to cost.

    thanks

Find an ABCS dealer for your area. They should be happy to take your $$$.
I don't recall the retail price, but even though I'm a newbie here, I don't believe we are suposed to discuss such top secret stuff.
    HVACPro is part of M-Tools.
I'm not sure if you can just purchase HVACPro anymore, but if so it should be significantly cheeper then all of M-Tools.

The good news is that it will only hurt the first time you get it. Upgrades are mucho cheaper. Like X-wrench, I have only gotten the whole m-tools package for about the last four years. Dont even know if it is possible to get just hvac pro. If you need the web page of another distributor let me know or give me your email address.

huh? Why would you say that? I simply want to give him a name and number to where it can be purchased at a resonable price, instead of going through a local johnson branch. JCI does sell their software through distribution chains.
    Im totally lost...

Ask for Dan Jones, the part you want to ask for to get HVACPRO is

    MW-MTOOL-6

The price is good, but is that just an upgrade or the full version of the program? I bought an upgrade a couple of years ago and I recently loaded in a new laptop. It loaded as a full version.
