    Trane Fan Coil Unit

    I have a FCBB03 with a UCP board in it with a red service light, it is not on a Tracer system, but I get no operation from the unit, no fan, no power to zone valve. I found an IOM on the Trane site and it says that the red blinking light means a problem and you need the Trane Rover to reset the board. Anyone run into this problem and do I need Rover?

    Blinking red service light means the board is unconfigured. Could be because someone held the service pin down for 15 seconds or because the board is flaky, either way, you're going to need rover.
