cornelius IM
How's this for a call. Its a 200 pounder undercounter model. I arrive and start up the machine and observe the IM cycle. The machine has been off for about a week. Once the machine goes into harvest I notice that it doesn't want to come off the evap. I remove the water curtain and the ice falls off. I see that the evap is dirty and tell the customer that this machine needs to be cleaned and sanitized. While I have nicksafe running in the ice maker I proceed to sanitize the bin and then I level the ice maker (another problem that can keep ice from dropping).
As I am wrapping this job up, I am wiping the bin out, I look in the corner and see a frog in the bin
I guess while the machine was off and all the ice melted out of the bin, he crawled up the outside drain pipe, crawled thirty more feet, and ended up in the bin. He was still alive when I took him out of the bin,,,,suprised he was though with the sanitizer that I sprayed in there.
Long story short, IM was dropping every 14-15 mins upon departure.

Every customer you take for granted today will be someone else's tomorrow.
