    manitowoc bd 600 partial evap fill..

    upper left corner, not low on freon..im guessing its a evaporator coming apart??

    Are there any cracked peaces of plastic causing the water to not flow properly.

    everything is fine!! it just wont make ice in that corner!
    and when it goes into harvest the ice thats made wont fall
    so im thinking the lines in the back of the evaporator have come loose.

    If the nickel is still on the evap in that area, i would say seperation is a good assumption.

    Depending on the fill pattern it could be a starving TXV also if charge was verified.
    The evaporator outlet is in the upper left area.
    Sometimes you can wiggle the tubing where the TXV bulb is if it has come loose right there at the outlet too.

    ive seen worse evaporators as far as nickle thats left..

    thanks itsiceman, ill try the bulb thing..

    well i thought someone told me to use a tennis ball, but i dont see that post...anyway it worked!! runs like a striped a$$ ape!

    It shows as an option to send you one now but it still wont let me.
    I'll take a look for the other thread but I think it was about mechanically holding a tubing separation to the plate when the solder has come loose.
