    Officially now 17 pounds...I'm meeelting.....

    Looks like Cain is able to be forced out of the race by those who fear him. That is so unfortunate. I can't figure out if the Tammany Hall style Democrat machine has done the job or if the "keep it political" faction of the Republican machine has had a hand in it. It is really a shame that we cannot have someone elected that is not part of corrupted system.

    I guess so. The ones in that picture are only a few months old. No one has ever commented on them before. You some kind of fasionista for eye glasses?

    I can't have any type of glasses any narrower because I have progressive trifocals for being able to work at computers and still be able to see where I am walking. My eye shape is not conducive to contacts and laser surgery cannot correct my vision.

    Thanks for the support. I just hit 18 pounds, and I am still not being the best I can be with what I am eating.

    The biggest benefit of this juicing though is the way I feel. My wife is not having the same effects that I am, so it may not be for everyone.

    Here is a sample dinner;

    Not as good as it could be if I were more disciplined. I am still only 20 pounds down because I miss some juice meals and I eat too much of stuff I know better then to eat.

    What is fascinating is that with juicing, eating a lot of not so good foods really makes me feel bloated and out of sorts. I'm starting to get back on track, and my wife is only bringing in foods that are good for us, so maybe I can start the losing again.

    In an alcoholic induced conversation (not drunk, just feeling good) my wife agreed to something I've been chiding her about since my first heart attack. I am not one for tattoos, mostly because I don't find many of them very attractive and there is nothing I can think of that I would be certain would be my way of thinking until the day I die.

    However, I have to carry diagrams of where my stents are in place in my heart, so I told Lisa I was going to get a tattoo of that diagram put on my chest so if I had any issues, the doctors would immediately know what to look for.

    Back to the feel good conversation; I once again mentioned the heart tattoo and Lisa said if go for three years without any heart issues and get my weight down to 185, she will agree to my getting the tattoo.

    Now I don't know if I really want to meet that goal or not because I don't know if I really want to be tattooed...

    Me thinks you should have found a different model for that tee shirt. That mug really detracts from the shirts good looks.

    That looks like a really nice juicer. I spent like 400 dollars on mine 15 years ago and it's still kicking.

    I never even saw the HVAC-Talk booth. Was barely half way through the floor when they turned the lights off. But hey, at least I got to spend 6 hrs driving there and back.
