Trane Model OA
Be aware that if you want to integrate via Lon to these new 100% OA units, that the discharge air control profile is very limited. There are NO nvi's so you can not change setpoint or even turn the unit on and off via Lon. Trane's solution is to hard wire a relay for start-stop.
The alternative is to use the space temperature control profile which allows on-off and setpoint. Of course if you don't find this out in time to install a space sensor, you're SOL.

I believe they use an MP 580 as the controller on those. Unless the programming is locked, you should be able to connect using Rover and add the points you need. I'm not sure if it will void any warranties if you do it though. I haven't actually seen a TOAU yet. I just participated in the mandatory factory training on them.

We think you're right about modifying the unit with Rover but you're also right that we don't want to affect the warranty.

We put one of them in a couple of months back but hard wired relay to emergency stop and speed reference for the VFD(wanted to just control the unit off an ASI controller but project manager got the one with the MP580 on it). Looked around in Rover and messed around with the controller(didn't change anything though) but if you dont have all the sensors you need this unit acts really wonky.
