Calling Carrier Blower Experts.
To all who have posted on ECM motors I say thank you. My 4 ton package unit has a HD52AE123 motor and the module has failed 3 times in 6 years. The unit is 11 or 12 years old. The return air duct is 10" in diameter and about 50 feet long. So why didn't the module fail sooner? Go figure. The motor is o.k. but the plastic connector is burnt. Where can I get a replacement connector? Or two? Or three?

Sounds like you need a pro to look at that situation.

A "pro" is who created this situation. I just need a connector.

A contractor "may" have created your situation. A "pro" is someone who can evaluate why you have experienced these failures. You may not have had a pro at your site.
This forum does not permit DIY discussions, including discussions about sourcing electrical parts. You might want to take a moment to review the site rules.
In our AOP forum, you may find one of our pros in your area, and that gives you a means to put this problem to bed. That's what we can offer you.
