    sheave replacement

Seeking help or advice with a sheave replacement job assignment on a York packaged unit M-D1EG090N13046E. The RTU with the drive package on the bottom. I might have to fabricate my one puller if I can't fine one that will fit between the shaft end and the base... any help is appreciated.
    Thanks.

You may have to pull the blower assembly to access the sheave.

    sheave/pulley job

That is what I was kinda leaning towards as a last resort...... goona look at small pullers and see exactly how much room I have to work with. May end up substituting the jacking bolt furnished with a shorter one, the shaft extension is only about 1.5". I'd make my own puller but I don't have a welder, saw and 1/2" x 2 CRS... but I just might. Hafta see on Monday.
    Thanks.

Just pull the blower assembly. no need to wast time and money fiddling around with finding/making a puller. Most of the time the blower assembly is on slides or only 4 screws holding it in.

I am pretty sure on that unit the blower assembly is on sliders and comes out very easily.

We just took the unit off the roof and replaced it. This was 7 years ago.

The "Resurrector" strikes again. This Andrew guy just pops up from no where, maybe the aliens returned him to earth, wiping his mind and he seriously has no sense of the time he lost. Or more than likely a glitch in the matrix.
