Sheave replacement
Seeking assistance and/or tips on how to replace an indoor fan driven sheave on a York packaged unit, Model # D1EG090N13046E S#NHFM104164.
An older RTU with the drive components on the bottom with about 4" of clearance to the unit base. The motor sheave is accessible and I will pull the motor if needed, but that driven sheave is tough. If I was in a maint shop I'd fabricate a simple bar puller with some CRS and weld a nut, tap a strongbar and clamps, etc. Any pros out here run into this issue?? Thank you.
