    Hmm

I recently purchased a new condo with FAU/AC. The FAU is in the ceiling area and when the thermostat mode is set to "heat", only mildy warm air comes from the vents. Takes approximately 1 hour to gradually increase from 68 to 71 or 72. Is this ok/normal? Thanks!

If its a heat pump, then yes recovering several degrees, especially in cooler weather requires some time, they are better of maintaining a temp. If its electric heat, then maybe one or more of the elements are open.

Really we dont have enough information. Outdoor temp?, heat pump? and any other information might help.
