Superheat Measurement
I hear you can find your superheat by using your supply air and return air. I dont think this is possible.

Nope.
There is but one way to correctly measure superheat.
You can, however, compute target superheat given air conditions.

yeah, but not supply and return temps. nuthin but return wet bulb temp and air entering condenser dry bulb temp.
