looks to me like more of a problem with the people running the company,I'm
a helper for an install crew anytime the tech needs to replace a compressor he tells the boss he needs another guy.i've been there 3 years and have been sent out to replace compressors by myself plenty of times,I've learned alot by my friend who got me the job,he is no longer there but whenever i need he is my technical support.
dont get mad as we all work together,and trust me i have my share of ot from
service techs telling customers how long a job will take...
