    "banned reincarnate" ?

What is this status of a member? Banned member with new identity?

Admin is usually pretty good at catching them and "poof" they are gone again!

    Not sure here.

I see members with "Member" as a user title.

I'm not certain what it means, but I don't think they are "Banned" but I don't think that they can post, either.

Perhaps a Mod/Admin will chime in and clarify.

If you are banned and try and create a new user account under a different user name your IP address dosen't change and it will set off an alarm. Alerting all Mods that an banned memeber has infiltrated the system.

there are several ways to get around IP bans.

Yea but 95% of those knuckle heads know what a proxy server is let alone how to use one.

The best way to get around the ban is to simply hold a decent conversation with me via admin email. You would be surprised just how many banned members are still here but posting under different user names.

Coming back on your own will normally cause you to be escorted out of the building again. We rather everyone enjoy themselves here but there are a few that can't be reasonable.
