broke my digi's
I order a set of the new pipe clamps with the heavier wires a couple months ago. well the other day the wires got snagged on my tool bag and the wires ripped right out the plug. I contacted trutech and send a pic via e-mail, never heard anything yet. Now I noticed the plug itself on the digi head is loose, I can spin it back and forth. Anyone else see their plug do this? I don't think it can handle much water anymore because I can see the o-ring behind the plug.

Did the back nut on the socket strip out or did you check to see if it is just loose?

WFIW I've used alligator clips on the ends of the wires before when my plug was out of commission.
I believe if you draw a line across from the notch inside the plug it is the split between the low and high sensor pins but check when you have it open.
Also I think I remember seeing a raised grove under the plug so the o-ring doesn't get smashed and is a dust and water proof connection with gold plated pins.“If You Can Dodge A Wrench You Can Dodge A Ball”

Acsolutionsllc,
Sorry you have not had a response to this issue. I am checking into this with my guys to see why and what the underlying issue is. Can you drop me a PM or submit a CRM with a name and or order number?
Thanks
Jim
