Finland was originally part of the old russian czarist goverment, and was a member of the white guard.

Finland happens to be one of the few large areas that the white guard was able to successfully keep the bolsheviks (sp) out of.

Like I said, they had just successfully prevented the spread of communism to their country.

There is 3 phase in the olmos park , alamo hieghts and a few other areas of San Antonio, a lot of people that did not know better did away with it but the wise ones still have it .there was a issue as to would the 3 phase systems use less electric than the high efficiency systems that qualified for the tax credit.

I have a customer who has 3 phase to his house and his garage.
He also, about a year after he built his home, had me come out and locate his OD units almost 300' away, on the same ground level.
