    Finding the right replacement A/C

    Hello,

I currently have a carrier unit (see picture below) which I have owned for close to 5 years. Unfortunately I've had a lot of issues with this unit since I bought my home. The unit has been recharged with refrigerant 3 times (over the last years) and leaks have been discovered in the evaporator coil. Now the condenser is starting to give out. I am ready to replace this unit all together. Attached is the spec sheet for a new unit I have been offered.

I want to make sure I am getting the right A/C unit for my needs. Unfortunately I cannot determine the tonnage of my current A/C from the attached Carrier label and this is where I would need some professional advice.

Can you help me determine the tonnage of my current A/C from the Carrier label?

As far as I can tell the other specs seem very comparable but I want to make sure the tonnage they are offering me is the correct one.

    Thank you
