7E isn't a trouble code, its a condition code. It simply means the compressor is unloading and preparing to shut down. Anytime a compressor shuts down under normal circumstances (ie. setpoint satisfied), the compressor will run fully unloaded for a short period of time before shutdown so the slide valve is in the unload position for the next start. The display shows 7E during this time. If your compressor is starting and stops a few seconds later, there is something going on but the unit should call out an alarm code.
Your going to have to give is alot more detailed information for us to be able to help you.

the old blue light special, look back in ''last diagnostic's'' under the p-0 menu, . and see what the last diag shutdowns were.
It's hard to stop a Trane. but I have made one helluva living keeping them going.

did you try to latch off the running circuit and have the other as the lead to see if it takes the load on a restart from the rocker

Thank you everybody,There are 3 chillers that have been stopped by 3 years, chiller 1 and 3 runs good after full service, chiller 2 is the one that we are having trouble with, in this chiller we can not enter to the setpoint, and i think this is this could be the trouble, last alarm code was A1, we cleaned the sensor and this code was cleared,
