Seeking Apprentice level position New York

I am currently looking for an apprentice level position within New York City. I have a year long experience with an HVAC company. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing a bachelors in Electrical Engineering that allows me to understand the HVAC field. This also allows me to open up to other fields, I'm also a rapid learner, a skill needed in the HVAC department. I am currently looking for any position within this field, preferably a union job. If anyone has any ideas, suggestions or possible employment please feel free to advice me or hire me.

Trane L I C and Trane Long Island/Hauppauge might still be looking for apprentices check the site www.trane.com both are 638b steamfitter shops and will get you in within 45-60 days and the training program all apprentices attend once a week..and they pay you for the day

keep in mind it might be IR pushing the shops to add bodies,and you might get the cold shoulder on calling into the service manager if you get to him so don't take it to personally

well it doesn't hurt to try, if i get the cold shoulder I'll just keep trying elsewhere. If anything comes up please feel free to tell. I'm only aiming to be the best in this field.
