    Trane Error 126?

New Trane XL20i with XC80 (installed about 6 months ago). Error code 126 appeared on the t-stat while cooling to 72 on a 95 degree day. I turned the breakers to the condenser and furnace off then back on, and now appears to be working ok again. What does error code 126 mean?

    If this

is a brand new system, you probably want to contact the installing contractor and let them know you got an error code. They can better direct you as to what is going on.

That code usually indicates a loss of power at the condenser. Might be a power or breaker issue. Have a tech give it a look.
