Georgia State requirements for opening a strictly refrigeration service company??
I've been a residential and commercial service tech for three years, but back in school I took a special interest in refrigeration, specifically repairing ice machines. I just want to know if anyone can tell me if there are any state requirements in GA to open a refrigeration service company or specifically an ice machine service company. Warm air license, etc? Thanks to all who answer.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, this would essentially be self employment for myself with no other employees

There are no state requirements for opening up a refrigeration only business.
Some counties make you get a permit or simply register to work on refrigeration.
There are federal requirements for handling refrigerant (608)
There are federal requirements for opening any business
There are state requirements for opening any business

Thanks
I'll check out the .gov site, I was pretty sure there were no requirements other than business license, tax id etc. I'm epa certified as well.
