You will need to contact MCS factory for that...
The connect program can be downloaded from the website...
but configuration program is restricted to MCS factory trained techs...
You should be able to do everything you need thru MCS connect...

The configuration program is where you set up the chiller for is type, make min and max sepoint adjustments, set up timing functions, add features like exv operation, differant types of head pressure control, mutliple compressors duel circuit, vfd compressor logic, hot gas valves ect... (and really screw stuff up if you dont know what your doing)
The connect program lets you work within the design configuration for the unit. Think of it as an expanded service panel... 90% of the setpoints can be viewed/ adjusted, set up trending, look at alarms ect... So for machine tuning and monitoring connect should be all you need... Especially if working on an OEM package...
You should be able to download mcs connect off the website, hook up a null modem serial cable, open the program via local serial and monitor your chiller without having to navigate thru the magnum...
Hope that helps!

You needto contact Petra Rep. You will need to have the model and serial number for the unit. He can get the right CFG for the unit. You can then reload it through MCS Connect. As Rob stated CFG is what we use to build the Configuration. It is not something that you go and do without training. If changes need to be made to the Petra CFG you can get that done through MCS. To go to one of MCS's training classes would help.
