    how to kep a rheem from being stolen

    Don't know about wall of pride, but this bad boy was installed in 1991, and the anti-theft device was also.
    Cleaned the indoor coil a few weeks ago, of the matching AH, and it was cooling like a champ.
    Somebody was positive it wasn't going to be stolen.

    It has a sawed off and smashed bolt on the backside as a hinge and a lock in the front (which it is missing in this picture). The whole top flips back and leans against the building when it is being serviced.

    I don't think I've ever seen an installation like that before!

    I guess it's good it's been working since 1991 too - I wouldn't want to reinstall that bad boy...

    AWESOME. That must be one tough neighborhood to work in. Copper prices weren't even that high in 91'.
