    What is the acceptable leakage rate during a pressure test on a pulse?I.E.1psi in 10 min or less.?I cannot remember & it has been awhile since I have tested one.

    Don't have a lot of time look in this Service Manual maybe it there...

    But to be honest I don't think there is an allowable leak rate on a Pulse!

    pressurize to 4psi if any pressure after 10 minutes it passes. have not seen a bad one yet that would hold pressure more than about 30 seconds. any small leaks are found on test plugs or spark plug,flame sensor
