Looking for any feedback on a Bryant 14 seer system. Condenser model is 637GTX0300 and Fan coil model
is FV4BWF003.
Is this a reliable and efficient system.
Thanks

All equipment can be good or bad depending on the duct system is has to push against. I can run a long ways on a tread mill but not with a sock in my mouth.

i think that is bryants standard condenser. i would get the the bryant reliant 14 seer condenser. then you would have one of the best systems on the market.

Ifyou get the Thermidistat instead of a reg. stat.,and a great install, you'll be happy.

I'd ask about the better line too. Never did care for the little cubes and sure won't miss them next year!

I hear that this system comes with a 10 year labor warranty from Bryant. Is this true?
How reliable are the variable speed units?

Variable speed is very reliable, but for peace of mind, include a 10 Year Parts and Labor from the Manufacturer, relax and enjoy the comfort and energy savings.
