We use LonWorks, BACnet, ModBUS and legacy drivers to integrate all systems and manufacturers. We are looking to expand by adding a Senior HVAC Controls Technician. Job Description:
The Senior HVAC Controls Technician conducts preventative maintenance, repair, installation, programming, commissioning and general servicing of systems, including detailed troubleshooting of systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Perform preventative maintenance inspections, job start up, and troubleshoot automated building control systems
•Use your expertise to assist our clients in optimizing their operations
•Consults with the customer through data gathered and site assessments.
•Provides field proposals for retrofits, upgrades and or enhancements to existing equipment. Assists sales by providing technical recommendations for sales leads.
•Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
•Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings. May assist with job layouts and bid proposals.
•Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience as controls technician
•Knowledge of Tridium
•Completion of H.S./GED
•Ability to work as an individual or as a team member
•Possess supervisory or management experience

Preferred Requirements:
•Tridium AX Certified
•Associate’s Degree
•Experience with Tridium, BACnet, and LON
•Experience programming Distech Controls
