Chef Salad
Had some left over smoked turkey I cooked on Sunday. I thought I'd use up the leftovers.

Looks Good.... How you smoke turkey?
I always liked smokin machine products but always thought them as gimmics to buy a certain smoker machine. Does that make any sense?
What's your poison?
Smoked salmon, eel, and mackerel are among my favorites from the local European deli.Don't go away angry... Just go away.

Fresh oregano from my herb garden. Smells great.

Honeydo, I have a propane fired smoker. I used hickory chips for the turkey breasts. Since I got this smoker Home Depot now carries a bunch of differnt types of smoking chips, apple wood, mesquite, cherry wood, oak and hickory. They all have a distinct flavor.

These days every second person is facing the problem of the high or low blood pressure. The use of the Salad is really helpful to maintain the blood pressure and sugar level. We should use salad minimum one time with the meal.
