    I was told there is a web-site/link/artical that identifies what brands are the same exact equipment but different name plates/packaging.
    It also supposedly lists who the component manufacturers are that all these companies use. This should help someone identify what if any differences there are between brands other than the name and warranty and the ofcourse the big one - price.
