blower on geothermal
i turned off the main breaker in a house while the geothermal unit was running. when i turned the box back on, the main switch for the ac handler tripped. i reset it and thought everything was fine.
later in the night, the coil was frozen and the blower didn't come on. what could i have hurt on the blower when i shut down the main breaker to the house?

Unless your are very familiar with geo operation, I would not touch anything on it.
Call for service from a contractor who knows geo top to bottom.
We cannot fix this over the internet."Hey Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort." And he says, "there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice. - Carl Spackler

just curious
... yah, i'm not trying to fix it, i'm just curious- i'm not even at the location anymore. i'm just trying to get a mental picture of how i coulda jacked up the blower by killing power. i have an old hvac cert and i'm actually in the industry- breaking things just bothers me. the owners don't even care, they are friends and lousy with money.
