Hi, Just had a new Infinity 96 installed at home, but the 2nd level in the home is about 5 degrees cooler. Not sure what to (will try closing some of the vents close to the thermostat and see what happens).
Also, the thermostat seems to be reading a higher temp than other thermometers in the house. Not sure what to do. Any advice?

If it was just installed, why would you not call back the installers? That would be the best solution to your problem.

I know. This absolutely floors me. I can't count the number of times I hear "that drain lines been leaking for four years", it's like "why didn't you call?"Originally posted by redhawk

If the system was recently installed,It is under warranty.
instead of quessing ,And assuming it was installed by a licensed prof. It will be covered. If you had a jack leg
installation, Happy shopping!
