I have a friend that wants a variable speed oil furnace and the Lennox HPX19,since I cannot not get a LENNOX variable speed oil furnace he asked about a THERMOPRIDE. I was thinking of a Carrier 58mvr variable speed oil furnace with 38YDB due to oil furnace as back up only. Am I fool for not liking this due to a MISMATCH for 2 points of SEER. I would feel alot better if it was all under one FLAG!!!He also wants a Vison PRO stat, I would like the THERMIDISTAT,he goes on this site and it is a retrofit job.I just do not know if you need tech support,Who would you call. But the lord hates a coward!!!

I personally like Thermopride oil better than any others. They are strong and reliable and I never had any issues with Thermopride standing behind their products. I haven't really dealt with to many other brands though.
