as Capt'n of the ship, (whether temporary or not) it's his responsibility to know whats going on in his department.
But like all things political "I didn't know" is a legal get-out-jail card

Where's the MSM on this one, they should be crucifying BLOBAMA. Boy, can you imagine if this crap went down under the Bush Admin, you'd never hear the end of it.
Maybe Arizona should file a joint suit with Mexico against Obama and his Regime, that'd be an ironic turn of events...
