    I am planning on installing a 16 Seer Amana Heat Pump (RTG48C2C) which has a dual stage compressor. I am also going to install a 96%, 2 stage, variable speed, Amana Condensing Furnace (AMV90905DXA). I want the ability to see when I'm running both stages on my compressor and also adjust the change over temperature from heat pump to gas heat. I also want the ability to play around with setbacks. Which thermostat do you recommend I go with??

    then you need to go with the carrier infinity system. the infinity stat lets you do and see what you want.

    Infinity but it won't run the Amana.
