    Objective critique

    Any thoughts or opinions on this new portion of my resume that I am trying to rewrite???

    Highly skilled and safety conscious senior HVAC Technician with 26 years of field experience.
    Exceptional in managing, resolving and prioritizing large volumes of work orders for commercial and industrial properties.
    Service & Repair:
    Adept at troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment of tonnage up to 500 tons and all related components. Perform preventive maintenance; test electrical circuits and components. Diagnostic and repair work for all commercial type HVAC equipment, to include DX, Chilled Water and Heating Hot water components, and electric heat, i.e. chillers, air handling units, fan coils, condensing units, coils, pumps, valves, instruments and controls.
    Equipment Installation:
    Expertise in estimating, reading blueprints, and leading installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems as well as electrical / mechanical and DDC controls.
    Customer Service:
    Outstanding commitment to quality and service; skilled at communicating with vendors, team members and customers to deliver excellent service, provide work order updates , explain solutions and options for customers.
    Administration:
    Excellent organizational skills with supervisory experience ensuring completion of multiple time-sensitive work orders. Contributed to expansion of business, by promoting sales of service agreements. Accurately document all completed jobs to ensure proper billing. Continuously maintain compliance with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

    Senior makes you sound old, also it is basically repeating yourself as with 26 yrs. in the field I'd image you'd be considered 'senior'. Either get rid of senior, or use journeyman.

    List the positions you've had in the last 10 years/the last 4 employers in chronological order.

    From my perspective - I use specific keywords when searching for a qualified candidate. I want to know if you are qualified 1st - Are you someone who is a "go getter" 2nd - personal information 3rd.

    Note: If it is specialized - LIST IT
