    Which Heat Pump (Air-to-Air) manufacturers meet the requirements for the Federal Rebate in 2006 operating at 4ton? With a variable speed oil furnace? Thanks

    The REBATE is For the Heat Pump and then the unit with the variable speed fan,I can email you the info if you wish.
    It's NOT the BRAND,it's the company that installs it!!!!!

    If it meets energy star you qualify. Of course it only applies to equipment that meets the new energy star criteria.
