    Remodeling the house we just bought. The garage floor looks like crap.

    The dude who owned it sealed it with some kind of clear sealer. It is own there solid as a rock. Looks like crap to put it mildly.

    I was going to epoxy over it but no manufacturer will even suggest using their product on it since the concrete is sealed. Even if I acid wash, or sand it. They did say to shotcrete it but whoa momma too expensive.

    As a last resort I thought about those big rubber mats used in car show rooms. Trouble is the garage is way too big for the sizes they sell.

    Any ideas? I am really disappointed.

    Sand blast the floor then epoxy.
