Ive been waiting for this day, about 2 years ago bid a job to install ac in an office a plumbing company was moving in to, I knew the area was prone to flooding and mentioned this to the owner and recommended we build stands for the outdoor units, he agreed and we started the job, removed the old equipment, didnt get back there for 2 days because we were slammed with service, day 3 we show up and another company was there doing the job, condensers on the ground, the guy said they were cheaper and he went with them without even calling us to let us know, never got paid for the work we did there either...
Fast forward to today, 8-12 inches of rain the last few days, just saw the owner on the news complaining that the county had assured him the flooding problem was taken care of, what did I see in the background....his nice new condensers sitting in 2 feet of water

What goes east comes around west.
No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.
For those who have fought for it, freedom has a sweetness the protected will never know.

That sucks that you got burned on that job.
Was he just POed because you couldn't finish in time to make him happy?
Just cuorious, but did you call before you went to the job site?
You are entitled to the money for the work you did, what are you going to do about that?
