Please give me some advice.
First I would like to thank you for looking at my post

I have a Fujitsu 3 ton split unit. I also have 3 on wall units 2x 12000 btu units and 1x 9000 BTU unit (asu9rmlq). My friend who owns a HVAC company have me this setup as a wedding gift last August. he installed it for me but he doesn't really deal with split units. The 2 12000 BTU units work perfect. The one 9000 on the other hand does not work. I thought it might have been a problem with just the AC but it also did not provide heat in the winter time. The fan does work. I have a 12 guage 4 wire running from the unit to the on wall unit. it is only 25 foot run. I am wondering if I have to program something in the 3 ton unit because the on wall unit is 9000 btu. I confirmed that the wiring was done right. If anyone has any idea's please let me know. I am tired of sweating at night

Each indoor unit and the thermostat have dip switches that configure the system. The installation manuals detail how they should be set. These are typically set when the wiring is run. You might want to verify they are all set correctly.
