Makeup water problem
This is my first installation of a Vitodens 100-W. In fact, it is my first hot water heating installation. All went well except that the system is shutting down every few days due to a lack of water. I have checked that the water makeup pressure valve is the correct unit and as far as I can tell, the system is otherwise operating as designed. Can anyone direct me to the problem?

I actually don't know as I was not there when it shut down. I will ask the occupants to read the message code when it goes again.

Yes, they open the intake valve until water psi is back to 20 lbs.
