Have any of you used this meter or the Ideal brand? this looks like a nice meter and I'm in the market.

I have an Ideal 61-702 clamp meter that I like a lot. The only downside is that it does not do temperature readings. I carry it in the same bag as my Fluke 189, and my Fluke is the one being sent in for repair. I am not saying it is better, but I do like it a lot. It is also CAT III - 1000V rated. I would buy their products again.

That's the one I wanted but can't find it anywhere. All they have now is the yellow/red ones.

The "yellow/red" ones, the 320/330 series, are updated versions of the 30 series, and are actually nicer, with a wider variety of features.

I used the 32 for along time, and recently switched over to the 330 series. I will admit it was hard to get use to the newer euro colors but like dave said they are actually nicer. Same features as the older but alot more if you go with a higher end one. I actually prefer my new one to the older one. the clamp seems to be alot stonger/ more durable than the older one.

I've got a 337 that I use now since my 30 went magically missing.

To tell the truth I just wanted to buy a new meter and the Ideal looks cool with the bottom display. I got it yesterday but haven't played with it yet.
