Hello,
One more Ques. here... How many lines would you suggest for a 14x14 room good insulation, 2 windows low e anderson. Ducts are 6 inch oval. How many lines and how many returns. Two identical rooms being upgraded.

You don't have to answer that last question.... I already know the answer.
You are a DIYer! (that got a contractor almost a month ago)
Your post, stating you have approx. a 1500 sq ft home.
Another post, where you have approx. a 1500 sq ft home.
A post 2 weeks later, where you now have a 1100 sq ft home.
I really enjoyed this post.
Did ya get oil or gas?
If your contractor can't answer your questions, get a new contractor!

Window could be 2' x 2'
or 12' x 8' on two sides
and face N, S, E or W.
Cape home could be in FL, Maine, Washington or California.
