Well, at least the coil drained well in the previous install...
With all that angle to the drain...

Looks neat. clean...What insulation will you wrap it in? What R-value?

I will use the old regular wrap 2" R6.7, pulled to R5 or 6. I have used bubble wrap with the 1" strips for the air space in the past. I just don't care for it.

Looks like fun.

This is going to be extremely nit pickey but
....
on the new duct you have laying there, I like to put the damper blade, when fully open, with the airflow in the duct main (parallel to the main). It just eliminates any potential for airflow restriction.

Access to the damper handle is way more important than the blade position.

Just me
I know everyone has their own way of doing things but, i never like to put collers that close to the end. you need back pressure i like to stay 2-3 feet off the end again just my
other than that duct work looks verry neat clean and crisp
