Trane xr15 with 4tee3f31
this is a changeout we just did. i redesigned how the unit sits in the attic. it used to be up against the chimney wall with a service door on chimney side with a 10" supply plenum on it. that wall is behind my radio in the pic. should have took before and after but didnt.

Nice neat install, That is not an attic- That is an apartment! 2 things of concern... The Pan Drain tied into the Main Drain and the supply tie-in. A nice transition would give a smoother flow into those 90's. Still a good looking job!

i put a float switch into the drainpan. that way if it ever did clog once i unclog it i can tilt the drainpan to the drain . i also put air scoops inside to catch the elbow that comes off the side of the plenum. the one that comes straight off should have plenty of flow. the old ductman was giving me hell because i wanted a scoop in the plenum. hes been doing sheetmetal 20 years and needs to goto ductwork school to figure out why i wanted a scoop.

What's the point of plumbing the secondary drain into the primary? Why even drain it at all if you do that? The whole point of the secondary is to drain it over a window or door so that the HO knows there's an issue. Also, the kind of safety tee you used is a faulty design & the AHU seems to be leaning (could be a misconception).
Other than that it looks good!
WHY?

You should consider a more fluid supply plenum. Very turbulent air flow in there. I think it looks great other than that. On a side note, the floor in the attic looks like its anything but level.
Always here

i agree. we 99% of the time put the emergency over a window. these customers have a historical stone house and wanted nothing showing on the outside. we had to cut open the inside of the house to run new tubing also.

the codes are different per county. in howard and montgomery its r-6 in anne arundel its r-8. u can use a 1" spacing with bubblewrap and get r-8 i believe
