York Affinity, blower does not spin, just hums

Hello, I have an issue and wondering if any of you can point me in the right direction. I installed a York Affintiy 5T Modualting gas furnace 1.5 year ago. Works great and we love the monthly savings.

Yesterday, the blowerr quit working. It doesnt spin, just hums. i tried to switch the fan to on, it does the same thing. I tried a jumper to omit the tstat, nothing. I opened up the panel and spun the blower by hand and then pressed the limit swtich and it was able to start. Almost like it needed a push to get the motor spinning.
    Any ideas?

I'm guessing the capacitor has failed.

Yep, voltage alone is not enough to turn the blower. it needs a surge of electricity.
