    Question

well this one should be easy!!!!!! I'm a PA hvac contractor and i recently put a 2 system open loop geo in a 4000 sq foot home .My problem is the second floor unit never shuts off!!!!it reaches temp (set point) but then just remains there....The t-stat is in the bolcony area so i think all the cold air is going down to the first floor and the hot air is rising......I was going to move the t-stat to a bedroom but then that will kill the reason for splitting the house ..........any advice???? This is during cooling mode.

I'd say you are right on the problem and the solution. I don't see how moving the stat to the bedroom is a problem though. Seems to me the best place for it.
