10' from any source of ignition to the meter per NFPA. That distance is measured straight line.
Is this NG or LP?

5 feet, 10 feet, 15 feet?
15 feet from a meter is the entire side of a house sometimes. Same with 10'.
3-5' people, for access.
Would depend on what your inspector wants.

Here it is 10 feet from the regulator vent. I have had some inspectors make the gas company extend the vent away from the outdoor unit.
Karst means cave. So, I search for caves.
