Yeah, I was thinking that also... albeit late 1960's.
Since it is a laandscaper (read that lawn service)... maybe this is not so bad. Different skill level IMO.
Around here one sees lots of the Ryder or Uhaul box vans converted to rolling equipment warehouses.
One thing this dude has going for him... his equipment is locked up!

That is recycling! With no engine, the question is what the definition of a trailer is in the local jurisdiction. I see old truck beds converted to trailers, but with a single axle in the rear
