    CGAF evap

    What are you guys cleaning the plate frame heat exchangers (evaps) in the newer CGAFs with?

    Flushing the toil....evaporator I mean

    R-404a- Not sure if that one has a strainer in the internal piping before the plate heat-x like Carriers, but if it does I remove it and clean it, then I reverse flush out the the heat exchanger and watch what comes out. Those flat plate heat-x's on both Carrier and Tranes are real catch-alls and will freeze up quickly if not maintained and flushed out regularly- GEO
    Once in a while everything falls into place and I am able to move forward, most of the time it just falls all over the place and I can't go anywhere-GEO
