Run to Common=lowest ohm reading
Start to Common=higher than R to C
Run to Start=equal to the above 2 readings

Well I needed more than 15 post and then I felt like a homer because I don't have very many certifications to put up. I've got an EPA one and journeyman certificate but is that enough? My company doesn't send any of their techs to any factory training so we don't get certifications. They send guys who install but not the techs, which doens't make much since to me since we fix the stuff when it fails. I've gone to classes I can afford or they will pay for but I can't afford factory training on my own.
