    James,

You have more patience than I do, buddy.

Collect the money, drive away, and let 'em sweat. I say!

If I were to pull a fuse and say I will be back tomorrow, I would also be looking for another job tomorrow.
You picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel...

Not being a smartass but either you run your own shop James, or you are that shops only option. Maybe?

Like someone said, you CAN easily cool down a compressor, yeah I know that you knew this. But like I said if I were to come back the next day, it wouldnt be a good thing. Later in the day is understandable.

But if one of your guys did this, say to one of your biggest contracts, you would be pissed as a three legged dog tryin to bury a turd on a frozen pond, right...

Mr. Ram Jet. I caught this call on a fly the first time within 10 minutes of the first call. Maybe you should go back and read. The second time was late and I was up a 20 foot ladder across a roof and there was not a Ice machine on my van and no water faucets on the building no where near me. Maybe you can re-read how I stood there the first time and the manager ignored me and told me the other company had fixed it already that wasn't the case. If you want to know other reasons why I could not stay on site I could start with needing to pick up a $5,000.00 check, meet a building inspector and get to the bank.

My diagnosis today would have meant a phone call be made before the repair was completed. That is how 3rd parties work. It is Saturday and guess what? No one answered the phone in Texas. When you own a business you will eventually learn how to back away from a train wreck. I did not see it this mooring entirely that way but I do now. The employees of the tire store are the only reason the A/c is not fixed. I have been doing hvac service probably before you were ****ting yellow in pampers. I know how to cool down a compressor.

Not at all. It wasn't my biggest contract. It was a out of town first time caller. Are we gonna turn this into "but's, maybe"s and might's" to prove your point?

You sound like you really know your stuff and know exactly how long each service call takes, how far I had to go and how long my meetings would take and I didn't even know myself. Not to mention the place was going to close in 4 hours. It was almost like you were here. Just kidding. You really just sound like a smart ass that by your own admission doesn't read very well, yet has a lot to say. You would not need to worry about working for me. I value the opinions of the professionals here more and especially the ones that said I showed more tolerance than they did. That really makes your post insignificant to me.
