    The CNN babes have not reported on the motorists who were stuck on the interstates. Did anyone hear if these people made it to safety from Rita?

    Police and TDoT people delivered gas to people on the side of the road. Police also escorted fuel delivery trucks to gas stations along the rout.
    The last pictures I saw of I45 yesterday showed it to be almost empty of trafic.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

    They towed all the left over cars left on the side of the road to a central location
